Anti-Frost Control Standard on All Compressors
The Kaeser Anti-Frost Control is a combination of thermostatic valves which guarantees that the ideal operating temperature, based on the ambient temperature, is quickly reached and maintained regardless of the weather conditions. This technology has demonstrated its reliability thousands of times. It is no longer necessary to switch manually from summer to winter mode. This also eliminates the possibility of operating errors.

Support frame with compressed air aftercooler (approx. 21.5 lb) or with additional filter combination (approx. 30 lb) equipped with fixed connections for compressed air, fan power supply and condensate return. All you need to do is simply connect a prepared compressor.

Sigma Control Mobil: Advanced compressor controller technology
The M118, M125, M171, M255, and M500-2 come with Sigma Control Mobil. By accessing electronic motor management, the SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL system optimizes compressed air availability and fuel efficiency. The system is both shock and vibration proof corresponding to IP 65 electrical protection. Its functions include operational monitoring as well as precise system diagnostics.
Time-saving user-friendly operation: The highly intuitive user operation means that only three buttons are needed to operate the entire system. In addition, the automatic monitoring feature can shut the compressor down as required.
Precise pressure settings save fuel: Using the arrow keys, system pressure can be precisely adjusted in 1.5 psig increments on the SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL's display.
This not only enhances flexibility but, in combination with the electronic inlet valve control, also achieves significant energy savings - especially when operating in partial load.

Kaeser’s M255 portable diesel compressor features variable pressures for exceptional jobsite flexibility and easy operation with the new SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL 2. Delivering up to 900 cfm, it is built for the big jobs, but weighs in under 8,000 lb and can be safely towed with a pick-up truck. The steel chassis, torsion bar suspension, oversized tires, and lighting package ensure easy portability, safety, and excellent road handling, while the high capacity, cold start battery assures year round reliability. The M255 has two pressure ranges: 848-935 cfm at 125-150 psig and 696-900 cfm at 125-203 psig.
